  • 2 pcsHari mirch
  • 2 tspNamak
  • 3 tspSarso tel
  • 1Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tspHaldi

  1. 1

    Take a pan and turn on the gas flame.add oil in it. Heat it. Ones oil is hot add chopped ginger, chilli. Sauthe well. Add potatoes and fry them.

    After 5minuts add methi bhaji.mix it well.cook them

    Now add haldi,namak.sauthe well. After Last stage before the fainaly cook add chopped tomatoes.sauthe.

    Switch off tha flame. Now it's ready to eat.
