Preheat the over at 200 degrees

Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning.

Heat an ovenproof pan over medium heat. Add olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken to the pan, skin side down. Cook for 5 minutes.

Flip the chicken thighs over to the other side and transfer the pan to the oven. Bake for around 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.

Transfer the pan back to the stovetop. Remove the chicken from the pan, set aside, and cover to keep warm.

Blanch the snow peas.

To the same pan, add the butter, lemon juice, lemon slices, and capers. Please mix well. Add the blanch snow peas.

Plate the snow peas and chicken and pour the sauce over top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
