Melt the butter and chocolate, then let them cool. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Whisk the egg whites with 1 tablespoon of sugar and lemon juice until firm.

Whisk the egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Stir in the melted butter, chocolate, flour, and baking soda, then whisk a bit. Stir 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Then stir the egg yolk mixture back into the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites until well combined. If the chocolate makes the batter firm, whisk a bit.

Bake for 30 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
