Chowmein is a common street food, started as Chinese came to Kolkata and started preparing their own recipes , combined with some Indian as well as Chinese spices and ingredients also. Gradually, these Indo-Chinese recipes became popular in almost every part of India. In this way I too cook Chowmein for my family and friends.
