Cut the pork steak into even cubes. Chop the onion, peppers, and tomatoes into slices, cubes, or however you prefer. Heat a skillet with a little oil—use just enough depending on how much fat is on the pork.

Season the pork with either garlic and salt powder or just salt. In the skillet with oil, add a large garlic clove, sliced.

Once the oil is hot, add the pork and cook over medium heat until fully cooked.

When the pork is done, add the vegetables and cook over low heat. Add cilantro to taste—either whole sprigs or ground into a powder if you prefer.

Let everything cook until well seasoned and the pork is golden brown. It tastes best when browned. Enjoy!
