For Noodles - in a heavy bottomed wok boil water, add salt and oil and vinegar and add noodles. Boil for 5-6 mins, drain under running water and drizzle oil, set aside

For Chicken - in a bowl add chicken strips, beaten egg, salt and pepper and mix well with corn flour. Coat each strip well. In a wok heat oil and on medium flame fry until light brown, set aside

For Scrambled Eggs - in the same oil, heat oil and break eggs on it, quickly scramble them and season with salt and pepper.

For Noodles preparation with Chicken and Eggs - in a wok heat oil, add garlic and onion and cook on high flame for 2-3 mins until light brown, add julienned veggies and stir for 2 mins, add spring onion greens and toss. Add fried chicken and scrambled eggs and mix.

Add boiled noodles. Mix all well. Add chilli oil, vinegar, soya sauce and mix well. Add salt and pepper and mix. Garnish with more chopped spring onion greens

Serve with Schezwan sauce and enjoy 😊
