Steps

Wash, scrape and grate carrots finely.

Place grated carrots in a pan, add milk cook till the carrots are soft. Add blanched and ground cashew nuts.

Cook gently, stirring all the time.

Add sugar and saffron. Allow it to cool.
- 5
If desired serve the kheer after cooling and mixing with cream in bowl.
