Take a kadai, heat ghee and roast the semolina.

Meanwhile make water hot on the gas. Then add cocoa powder and mix well. Avoid lumps.

Add the cocoa water in to the semolina and mix well. Now add sugar and mix well. Then add the Nutella. And mix again.

Now remove in a serving plate. Remove the halwa in a mould to give a shape. Then demould it and top it up with 🍓 🍦 drizzled with some Nutella and Hershey' 🍫 syrup.
