It is a very delicious and healthy snack recipe which is loved by my kids. Wheat wraps are filled with different stir fried veggies and a delicious sauce! It is simple yet very tasty!

It is a very delicious and healthy snack recipe which is loved by my kids. Wheat wraps are filled with different stir fried veggies and a delicious sauce! It is simple yet very tasty!
Cooking Instructions

Mix flour, salt and oil in a bowl and start making a dough by adding little water at a time. Make a semi soft dough like paratha. Knead it well and rest it for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 portions. Take one portion from the dough and with the help of dry flour, roll it into a big circle. Heat a pan on medium heat and roast the wrap from both sides lightly. Repeat.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste to it and saute it on high heat for a minute. Now add all other vegetables to it and saute it on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt to it and mix it well. Cook it for a minute.

Add spring onion to it and give it a good mix. Turn off the heat and let the filling cool down completely before using it.

To prepare the sauce, add mayonnaise, tomato sauce, chilli flakes and mix herbs in a bowl and mix everything well.

Now take one wrap and put some filling on one side and top it up with a generous amount of sauce. Now roll It upwards. Prepare all the wraps in the same way.

Now heat a pan on medium heat and apply some butter on it. Now put prepared wraps on it with the folded side down. Let it cook until light brown from the bottom. Now apply some butter on top and flip it over. Roast it on medium heat until golden brown from both sides. Prepare all the wraps in the same way.

Serve delicious vegetable wraps with tomato sauce or any other dip of your choice.
