Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 largeRaw squid
  2. 2 tbsp○Sake
  3. 1heaping teaspoon ○Grated ginger
  4. 2 tbsp○Soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp◎Sake
  6. 2 tbsp◎Sugar
  7. 2 tbsp◎Soy sauce
  8. 1Shichimi spice

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ○ ingredients for the macerating sauce.

    Simmer ◎ ingredients for the sauce.

  3. 3

    Remove guts and suckers. Make about 4 cuts on the top and bottom, then soak in the macerating sauce. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or more.

    Cook both sides on a fish grill. Serve with the ◎ sauce and shichimi spice to serve.
