My daughter wants chicken nuggets, my wife needs gluten free, so here is the final product. Turned out really tasty.

Cut the chicken into nugget size pieces

In a gallon size Ziploc bag, put all other ingredients. Toss chicken in breading mixture.

In a large pan, with a bit of olive oil, fry chicken until cooked through.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and if that's not G. Hughes Cluckin Sauce I don't know what you're doing with your life.
