Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 2 packsdinner rolls (pav)
  • 3 1/2 ozbutter (100 grams)
  • 1small amount of mixed vegetables: green beans, bell pepper, cauliflower, and pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 ozcarrots (100 grams)
  • 1beetroot
  • 1 cupshredded cabbage (about 80 grams)
  • 1 cupgreen peas (about 80 grams)
  • 4large boiled potatoes
  • 2large onions
  • 4green chilies
  • 2large tomatoes
  • as neededCilantro,
  • 2 tablespoonspav bhaji masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  • 1 teaspoonKashmiri red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop and wash all the vegetables. Add them to a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric, and water, then cook until soft.

    Heat oil in a large skillet and add mustard seeds until they start to pop. Add onions and tomatoes and sauté. Mash the boiled vegetables and add them to the skillet. Sauté everything together.

    Add green peas and pav bhaji masala, then cook until well combined. Serve hot with the dinner rolls (pav).
