Chop and wash all the vegetables. Add them to a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric, and water, then cook until soft.

Heat oil in a large skillet and add mustard seeds until they start to pop. Add onions and tomatoes and sauté. Mash the boiled vegetables and add them to the skillet. Sauté everything together.

Add green peas and pav bhaji masala, then cook until well combined. Serve hot with the dinner rolls (pav).
