  • As Required Dosa batter
  • 2 tspjaggery
  • 1 tsphomemade Ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread Dosa batter on tawa, like you do for dosa.

    Add grated jaggery on top, once it turns crisp from bottom, add ghee.

    Switch off, and Roll it. Enjoy hot and crisp
