  1. 7 ozgreen beans (about 200 grams)
  2. 4garlic cloves, crushed
  3. Seasonings (such as salt and pepper)

    Cut the green beans in half and rinse them well. Crush the garlic cloves. Heat oil in a skillet, add half of the garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the green beans and toss them in the pan over high heat. Season to taste. Stir for a few more moments, then turn off the heat and add the remaining garlic. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
