Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsWheat flour
  2. 1 bunchPalak
  3. 5green chillies
  4. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1 tspCoriander seeds
  7. 1 tspCumin Coriander powder
  8. 2 tspSalt
  9. As RequiredWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a container add water boil it and add palak after 2minutes. After that xool it down and add green chilli make a pure.

    Take a container add wheat flour,salt,Cumin Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, palak pure mix it well. And if required add water make soft dough.

    Take a dough and make peda make a paratha.

  4. 4

    Take a pan heat it add 1tsp oil and roast it both side.

  5. 5

    Paratha is ready and garnish with ketchup or curd.
