Do you drool with the mention of Seasonal pickles, I do😋this is my winter season favourite pickle. Tender beans and small baby potatoes are hand picked to make this pickle delightfully delicious.

Steps

Wash the vegetables, de-thread the beans and peel the baby potatoes.

Boil the veggies separately
[5min beans/till it starts changing colour and 10min potatoes till tender] - 3
Strain, wipe & dry thoroughly[preferably in the sun for a couple of hours]

Dry roast and grind the seeds

Mix the spices[👆refer the ingredients list], pour 1/4th cup mustard oil and sun cook it for a day.Add 1/4 cup more oil and vinegar and put it in the sun for next 2-3days.

Refrigerate and enjoy the season with this lovely pickle.
