Ingredients

  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 1small red onion diced
  • 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 4.5 ozportobello mushroom sliced - chunk
  • 3 Tbspbroth
  • 2 Tbspbalsamic
  • fresh thyme amd basil to taste
  • salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onion and garlic, till garlic sweats

  2. 2

    Add mushroms, cook 2 min

  3. 3

    Add broth, vinegar, thyme and basil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 min. Until brownis and soft.

  4. 4

    Season with salt, serve.
