Low cost anchovy pasta with whatever vegetables you have!
Instead of grated cheese, I used garlic toasted breadcrumbs.

Instead of grated cheese, I used garlic toasted breadcrumbs.
Steps

Cook 2 minced garlic until fragnant, then toast the breadcrumbs until golden brown, put aside.

Cook pasta in a pot as instructed, boil your vegetables too in the same pot if any.
But you might need to put in the vegetables later or else it will overcooked.

Cook 1 minced garlic in oil until fragnant, then melt the anchovy into the garlic oil until it became like a paste

Put sliced chili and protein of your choice until fully cooked. I used canned mackerel so that's really quick.

Put in the pasta, vegetables, chopped parsley, and some pasta water, maybe 1/8 cup of pasta water.
Toss and coat the pasta in the anchovy oil, cook until it is dry (is ok to be a bit wet)

Serve on plate and sprinkle the pasta with the breadcrumbs, enjoy!
