Super Soft Whipped Cream Bundt Cake
A simple, extra-soft bundt cake that's perfect for a snack or breakfast for both kids and adults. This cake comes together quickly with just a few basic ingredients, and you'll have a light, wholesome treat the whole family will love!
Steps
- 1
Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Beat on high speed until the mixture is very pale, thick, and almost foamy.
- 2
While continuing to beat, add the heavy cream, then the vanilla extract, and mix again.
- 3
Now add the flour. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift them together to avoid lumps. Add the flour mixture one tablespoon at a time, beating continuously.
- 4
Brush the bundt pan with a thin layer of melted butter and dust with flour, tapping out any excess. Pour in the batter.
- 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes. Since baking times may vary, check after 20 minutes by inserting a toothpick into the cake—if it comes out clean, the cake is ready to come out of the oven!
- 6
Let the cake cool completely, then remove it from the pan onto a plate and generously dust with powdered sugar.
