2 cupsbaby greens or spring mix roughly chopped
1large cucumber diced
1 1/2 cup chickpea washed and drained
1 cupgrape or cherry tomatoes halved

1 cupreddish washed and sliced
1 cupsweet corn frozen or fresh
1/2 cupartichoke hearts, roughly chopped
1Avocado peel and cut into chunks
1 (5 ounce)can of tuna drained
2 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbsplemon juice
1/2 tspsea salt
1/2 tspground black pepper
