Sieve the flour and mix with egg,salt,water,oil,baking powder and baking soda with water to make a pan pancake batter.

Slice the sausage,grate the cheese and keep aside together with the batter and the Macaroni

Heat the pan with little butter,add the scoop of batter quickly arrange the sausage,topped with the mac and allow to be done form the down side for about 1-2 minutes on low heat and then flipped for same minutes flipped back and dazzled the cheese cover for a minute and take off the heat

And is done serve with some ketchup and hot pepper sauce of desire.
