Wash the rice and soak it for 2-3hrs

Add the boiled rice and onions to the soakedrice and blend it till smooth

Add one tablespoon of yeast and mix well,leave it to rise for 4-6hrs

Add water to get the desired consistency,then add sugar,diced onions and small amount of potash water

Put it Masa pan on fire put 2 tablespoon of oil and scoop one cooking spoon of the batter inside the pan and turn the other side when it is done

Eat with any soup of your choice or groundnut pepper
