Aromatic & flavourful Kashmiri pulao in traditional style it’s quite easy & drool some recipe do try & experience it.thank me later ..!

Wash & soak basmati rice for about 30 minutes besides fry cashews,raisins & onions until slightly golden remove it set aside.in the same wok crackle hard spices for few seconds.

Further add milk & water together let it come to a gentle boil then add sugar,strands of saffron,salt then add rice & few fried nuts & let it boil after first boil cover the lid & let it cook until rice is non sticky & cooked evenly off the flame burner let it rest for 5-10 minutes then it’s ready.garnish it with fried nuts & onions.
