Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Then add 3 cups of milk and let it boil. Stir in cardamom powder, saffron, vanilla extract. Add the dumplings to the boiling milk After a couple of minutes reduce the flame. Let the milk boil. When cooked, dumplings will float. Add sugar. Let the milk boil till it condenses to 1 cup. Delicious dumplings will be ready in 10 minutes. Turn off the stove. Tranasfer to a bowl for serving.
