Firstly, Grind the mint, Coriander with Chilli, Garlic and Ginger with a teaspoon of Saunf (optional) without water

Chop the veggies as per your convenience

In the cooker, Sauté veggies in a tablespoon of ghee, until the onion changes colour
- 4
Add the grinder paste, mix everything, Add salt for the above measurement I added about 3teaspoons of salt(depends on the amount of rice taken)

Add a pinch of Dhania Powder, Cumin powder.

Add rice, 1 1/12 - 2 cup of water depending on how you want the texture of the rice

Pressure cook for 1 whistle

The Tasty Pudhina Pulao is ready, Serve it with Carrot salad (just grind carrot, green chilli with salt add chat masala, Aamchur and Jaljeera mix with curd)
