Ingredients

  • 1 1/2urad dal
  • 2 cupbeaten curd
  • Rock salt according to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • Chat powder as required
  • Tamarind chutney as required
  • Rock salt as required
  • Roast cumin powder as required

Steps

    First of all,we will rub the urad dal with water thee to four times with our hand.

  2. 2

    We will very slowly half in four by dividing slowly. Will move up and down and run again.

  3. 3

    Beating like this comes out with sometimes like griend stone.

  4. 4

    Similarly, we will also ask for half the pulses.

  5. 5

    Add about 2tbsp of salt to it and mix it well. Before making Bara beat it continuously 5 to 7 min.

    Put mustard oil and heat it

  7. 7

    Moist your hand take a ball of your desire size and drop it in the oil

  8. 8

    It has to be cooked slowly. Other wise it will remain uncooked

  9. 9

    One side will cook over turn will stair slowly

  10. 10

    Now it's cooked well now transfer into plate.

    We will take water in a bowl.

  12. 12

    Will put the Bara one and leave it for an hour. It absorb more water and becomes more soft.

    We will make dahi bare take it out by pressing lightly with water.

    Put in a jar curd I have beat.pour curd on top.

    We will tamarind chutney. Add red chilli powder and rock salt as needed.

    Garnish with pomegranate seeds on top.

    You can make this an hour before you want to do it and keep it in the fridge.
