Avocado Tomato and Tofu Salad

I often make avocado and tomato, and avocado and tofu dishes, but I wondered what would it would taste like if I combined all three.

When it's written out as a recipe, it seems a little complicated. However, there isn't much dressing, so follow the recipe to make sure everything gets seasoned evenly. Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Avocado
  2. 1Tomato
  3. 1/2 blockTofu (Whatever you like. I use silken tofu)
  4. 1 tbsp★Soy sauce
  5. 2 tsp★Olive oil
  6. 2 tsp★Lemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsp★Wasabi

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the tomatoes and peel the skin (You can skip this if you want.) Slice the tofu into 1cm rectangles. Combine the ingredients marked ★.

  2. 2

    Soak the tofu in the ★ mixture. Cut the tomato into fairly large (about 2 cm) cubes.

  3. 3

    Transfer the marinated tofu into a different container, and marinate the tomato in ★. While the tomato is marinating, cut the avocado into pieces about the same size as the tomato.

  4. 4

    Transfer the marinated tomatoes into the container with the tofu, and then marinate the avocado in ★. Then, combine the avocado with the tomato and tofu. Toss the three ingredients lightly by hand, then transfer to a serving plate. Pour the ★ mixture over everything to finish.
