Rizzy's Doria-Style Shepherd's Pie

This is an original recipe from my kitchen. I never feel quite full after eating the normal meat and potato shepherd's pie. If you get tired of this doria version, it's good with about 300 g of macaroni or penne.
Try adding veggies (zucchini, tomato, spinach), mushrooms, beans, or bacon if you like.
I add different things each time and make tons of variations! For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Rizzy

Cook the meat and onion with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and mix with cooked rice (or pasta).

Cook the ● ingredients thoroughly. Add the tomato puree, water, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cut the potato into thin slices and boil. Once they are cooked, drain and add butter, salt, pepper, and milk. Then mash the potatoes using a masher. Finally, stir with a whisk to even out the consistency.

Coat a heat resistant dish with butter and add the items from Step 1, 2, and 3 in that order. Sprinkle a ton of cheese on top and bake at 390°F/200°C for 20 minutes.

Cheese and mashed potatoes with the hot and creamy rice is a combination that can't be beat. Try it with Tabasco sauce.
