Slice the beef steak into strips and marinate with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon powder. Set aside.

Cut the potatoes into thin strips and slice the onion into rings. Roast the peppers. Blend the tomatoes with water and cilantro until smooth.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the onion, garlic, and beef until the meat changes color, then add the blended tomato mixture.

Once it comes to a boil, add the peppers and potatoes. Cook for 25 minutes or until the potatoes and meat are tender.

Serve with beans and tortillas.
