Ingredients

3 1/3 cupsbroth
2 cupsorzo
3chopped cloves garlic
1/2 cupcream
1/2 cupparmesan
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonpepper
1chile de arbol, crumbled
1 tablespoonolive oil
1/4 cupchopped italian parsley

Steps

Saute garlic, chile salt and pepper in olive oil for 1-2 min.

Add orzo, stir to coat 1 to 2 min

In large skillet, Add broth, bring to boil, lower to simmer, keep stirring until liquid i s mostly absorbed. About 15 to 20 min.

Add cream, parsley and parm. Stir intil thick, serve.
