Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonsyogurt
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1little soy sauce
  • 1 teaspooncurry powder
  • 1 teaspoonground cilantro
  • 1 teaspoonchicken shawarma spice
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic or garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • sliceshalf a lemon
  • flatbread
  • garlic paste
  • fried potatoes
  • pickles

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into long strips.

  2. 2

    Prepare the marinade, add the chicken, and let it sit in the fridge overnight or for at least two hours.

    Cook the shawarma on the stove, and remember to remove the lemon slices once the chicken is cooked.

    Place the garlic paste, fried potatoes, and shawarma on the flatbread, roll it up, and place it on the grill.
