A delicious and incredibly simple recipe with a sweet and spicy touch that I promise will win you over.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the potatoes in half (the larger ones into 3 pieces). Put them in a pot with enough water and 1 teaspoon of salt to cook. Once cooked, drain and let them cool.

Add 4 tablespoons of oil to the chicken and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Then, in a large bowl, mix everything well to season thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.

Season the potatoes by mixing them with all the ingredients listed above.

Serve with rice to your liking.

Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the cut potatoes on top. Cover with aluminum foil, making sure to seal the edges well. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 35 minutes.

After this time, uncover the foil and bake for another 10 minutes uncovered to brown slightly and reduce the sauce.

This time it's "Baked Chicken," a dish of chicken with tons of white sauce in a huge piece of bread.
