Ingredients

  1. 4 ozcarrots (grated)
  2. 4 ozapples (grated)
  3. 1/2small onion (grated)
  4. 2 TSPgarlic (grated)
  5. 2 TSPginger (grated)
  6. 100 mlsake (cooking rice wine)
  7. 200 mlsoy sauce
  8. 100 mlmirin
  9. 2 TBSPlight brown sugar
  10. 2 TBSPketchup
  11. 1dried chili (optional)
  12. After turning off heat
  13. 1 TSPsesame oil
  14. 2 TBSPhoney

    I use baby food (carrots and apples) instead of grating yourself. Easier this way

    Also I used those for garlic and ginger.

    Grate onion

    Carrots, apples, onion, garlic, ginger, sake, soy sauce, mirin, light brown sugar, ketchup and dried chili in a pan.
    Mix well

    Cooking rice wine is like this

    Mirin and say sauce I use

    Cook in high heat until boiling

  8. 8

    After boiling, turn down to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

    Turn off
    After turning off, pour sesame oil and honey, mix well and leave until cool

    After cooling down, pure into container
    Keep in fridge
    Good for 1 to 2 month
