This is my all time favourite snack for Iftar or tea time. I love homemade samosas as this one is purely hygienic as well as more tastier than outside one. Try to make it at home and serve hot with chutney.

This is my all time favourite snack for Iftar or tea time. I love homemade samosas as this one is purely hygienic as well as more tastier than outside one. Try to make it at home and serve hot with chutney.

Take a pot and put washed mince. Then add 1 glass of water. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder and red chilli flakes. Boil it properly and cook. Then fry it in a pot and cool it down. Once it cool down, add chopped onion and chillies and mix it well. The stuffing is ready.

Take samosa wrapper and start folding it from one side to another by making a triangle. Brush it with flour glue if necessary.

Stuff the mince with spoon and again fold. Now the rest of the wrapper put inside the pocket of one side or glue it.

The perfect triangle has made. Make and store in the Tupperware for the whole Ramadan.

At the time of Iftar, take it out and out it in preheated oil on medium flame. In 4-5 mins samosas are ready to serve with your favourite chutney.
