Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 2 cupwater
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 spoondeshi ghee
  • 1 spoonjeera
  • leavesAs required coriander

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and rinse basmati rice and soak in water for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan and add ghee..

  3. 3

    Now add jeera.

  4. 4

    Add water. Once it starts boil add rice and salt.

  5. 5

    Close the lid of pan For 10 min on low flame. Then rice is ready Garnish it with coriander.
