10 servings
  • 500 gramchicken boneless keema
  • 1 tbsplehsan adrak paste
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1big onion crushed squeezed
  • 2 tbspbonofy baisan
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspZeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In boneless keema add all dry ingredients and mix then add egg

    Add bonofy 2 tbsp besan if your batter is sticky and loose you can add more baisan too bind it

    Make balls And fry it means half cook so it may after freeze don't break in gravy whole again cooking it give soft golden colour on medium flame and freeze
