Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/4 smallTurnip
  2. 1 tbspSemi-dried young sardines (jyako)
  3. 5 gramsButter
  4. 1 dashGreen onions or scallions
  5. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the turnips into half moons.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter and sauté the turnips.

  3. 3

    Add in the small fish once the turnips have lightly cooked through. Sprinkle it with shio-konbu and garnish with green onions.

  4. 4

    Add it to the bento after it has cooled.
