Cooking Instructions

Cut the turnips into half moons.
- 2
Melt the butter and sauté the turnips.
- 3
Add in the small fish once the turnips have lightly cooked through. Sprinkle it with shio-konbu and garnish with green onions.
- 4
Add it to the bento after it has cooled.
