I've wanted to make this recipe for a while. Ever since I tried some cabbage rolls made by a friend, I knew I had to make them my own way. These turned out really good and served their purpose.

Prepare all the ingredients. Chop the vegetables as you like.

Slice the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, pepper, and all-purpose seasoning to taste.

Sauté the chicken strips in a skillet with the hot oil until well browned.

Add the chopped vegetables and continue sautéing for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the diced tomato and grated carrot, mix well, check the salt, and let it rest for a few minutes.

Trim the thickest part from the cabbage leaves. Lay them flat on a cutting board, add a spoonful of the chicken mixture, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Roll up the leaves, place them on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with more cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
