This is the best dish to make when sick or need a pick me up after a breakup!

Notes:
*Try not to be heavy handed with your dry seasonings.
*Adding salt isn't necessary since adobo and soy sauce both have sodium inside.
*For cheese, pick ones that melt well. Pay attention to the brand of cheese too. Some cheese brands have a plastic feel after melting.

Ingredients

1 Hour~
4 people
  1. Pasta Side
  2. 1 1/4 CupPastina
  3. 1 QTchicken broth
  4. 1 cupFrozen vegetables
  5. 1/4Cheddar cheese
  6. 1/4Gouda cheese
  7. Black pepper
  8. Protein side
  9. 1 LBGround Chicken
  10. Italian seasoning
  11. Adobo
  12. 2 TbspSoy sauce
  13. 2 TbspMirin or Dry Sake
  14. 2 TbspOil

Cooking Instructions

1 Hour~
  1. 1

    On a low flame, pour the oil into your pan and let it heat.

  2. 2

    Carefully add the ground chicken and season with the Adobo and Italian seasoning.

  3. 3

    Add the Mirin and Soy Sauce making sure to break up the meat as it cooks.

  4. 4

    Let this cook till the meat is brown.

  5. 5

    Pour the Chicken Broth into a pot over a medium flame and let it come to a boil.

  6. 6

    Slowly pour the Pastina into the pot. Stir as you pour.

  7. 7

    Add the Frozen Vegetables when the pasta grows a bit.

  8. 8

    When the Pastina has absorbed most of the liquid lower the flame and add the cheese.

  9. 9

    When you feel that the Pastina has absorbed enough of the liquid, turn off the flame and add black pepper.
