I’ve become intolerant to some things over the years. It’s pushed me to be more creative and figure out ways to eat the things I love in a healthy way. I was craving a zuppa toscana, and this is what I came up with. The whole family loved it, and I hope you do too! 😄

I’ve become intolerant to some things over the years. It’s pushed me to be more creative and figure out ways to eat the things I love in a healthy way. I was craving a zuppa toscana, and this is what I came up with. The whole family loved it, and I hope you do too! 😄
Cooking Instructions

Chop or slice the potatoes and boil them in a pot until cooked and drain.

Blend the tofu, coconut flour and some water. Once blended, pour into pan with some oil

Add the seasonings: chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne
- 4
Cut meatballs into 4s each and chop up spinach. Then add to the pan.

Add water and cook on medium for ten minutes
