ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง Mango Sticky pandan rice

Wash the rice until water is clear. ซาวข้าวจนน้ำใส. Soak it overnight แช่ข้าวในน้ำใบเตยค้างคืน

Steam the rice tilled cooked. Flip half way 10 minutes each time. นึ่งข้าว 20 นาที. While waiting, put coconut milk, bring to high heat not boiled. Add sugar, salt and pandan leave. Stir thoroughly until hot but not boiled. Add 1 tbs of oil

Put the hot steamed rice and hot coconut milk together. Both of them need to be hot. Mix well. Close the lid for 20-30 minutes

Prepare milk topping- mix the dry ingredients. Put it in the pot. Stir continuously until hot and everything mixed well. Let it cool down

Serve with fresh mango
