Get ready all ingredients.
Coat brinjal with oil ongas flame place brinjal roast it from all sides. - 2
Then let be cool it for 5 min. remove skin from brinjal and slightly chhoped keep aside

Heat up oil in pan add cumin seeds when they crackers add asofoedetida add green chilli chopped saute add chopped tomatoes saute till tometoes get soft and mushy add brinjal saute add all dry spices mix well

Do not overcook just mix everything well add chopped onions saute add peeled and cubed raw mango pieces mix all well together sprinkle green coriander leaves chopped.

Serve with chapati fulka paratha puri.
