Gutte when cooked after sottering, some people also add in TAHRI or PULAV of rice and named as GUTTE vala PULAV OR TAHRI.

For making dough🥧, take a saucer put gram flour in it. Add salt, red pepper 🌶 powder, turmeric, coriander and hing or asafoetida to it. Then add cooked mustard oil to it.

With the help of water💧make dough. 🥧

For making GATTE Take a small piece of dough and make rod like structures on the rolling board.

Take a pressure cooker and put glass of water and all rods that are made with the dough of gram flour.
Take a whistle. When the steam settles down open it. - 5
Take out all GATTE or rods of gram flour in a saucer.

Cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife.

Sotter it in mustard oil for 2 minutes.

Leftover water💧in pressure cooker which is used for boiling GATTE.

For making GRAVY Take a pan add mustard oil till heated add cumin seeds and all khare masale to it. Till brown in color then add cut GATTE or rods of gram flour to it.

Churn curd well and add on it.

Add red pepper 🌶 powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and kasoori methi to it.

Add the water💧which is left in the pressure cooker which used for GATTE Bolling.

If having less water💧add glass of water 💧.

Cover it with a lid. Cook it on a medium flame 🔥 for 9 or 12 minutes.
