Steps

Cut the brinjals in to halves. Apply oil and cook covered until soft. 5 mts. No need to remove the skin or seed portion

Now in a pan, add oil, brinjal, all the spices except jaggery powder and mix well
- 3
Add curd, jaggery powder and cook covered for 10mts.
- 4
Garnish with coriander and serve with roti or steamed rice
