Ingredients

  • 4 lbcarnitas meat - pork shoulder
  • 1/2 cupoj (citrus using tangerine
  • 1lime juiced
  • Scant 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  • 2 clovesgarlic. Peeled and chopped
  • 1/2onion rough chopped
  • 2 Teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 1/2 teaspooncayenne
  • 1-2jalapeños, stem, seeded, chopped
  • 1 teaspoonoregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspooncumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Put pork in instant pot

  2. 2

    In blender, blend all the remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Put over pork. Pressure cook for 60 min. 12 min natural release

  4. 4

    Shred and spread on baking sheer. Season with salt and pepper. Broil 3-5 min.

  5. 5

    Recombine with liquid to taste. Serve with what you want to eat.
