In Dutch oven, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent. Add kielbasa and brown on both sides

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Add both broths, sauerkraut, cream, potatoes and carrots. Summer 15 minutes until veggies are tender.

Add cheese, salt and pepper and enjoy.

Makes about 2 quarts. 2-3 servings
