Boil potatoes in their skins. Cool down. Remove skin. Cut into small cubes. Transfer to a large saucepan.
Картофель отварить в кожуре. Охладить. Снять кожицу. Нарезать мелким кубиком. Переложить в большую кастрюлю.

Remove skin from cucumber. Cut into small cubes. Also, finely chop the green onions.
С огурца снять кожицу. Нарезать мелким кубиком. Так же, мелко, нарезать перья зелёного лука.

Boil the eggs for at least 8 minutes.
Eggs and ham, cut into small cubes.Отварить яйца в течении не менее 8 минут.

Finely chop the parsley with a knife. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Salt to taste.
Петрушку мелко порубить ножом. Соединить все ингредиенты в большой кастрюле. Посолить по вкусу.

Add mayonnaise, mix well.
Добавить майонез, хорошо перемешать.

Pour in kefir and water. Mix well. Add mustard to taste, more salt if necessary and acid. You can use a little lemon or 5% table vinegar.
Влить кефир и воду. Хорошо перемешать. Добавить по вкусу горчицу, ещё соль если необходимо и кислоту. Можно немного лимонной, или столового уксуса 5%.
