Break egg in tall jar. It is important that the hand blender fits the jar "barely", with no spare room. Otherwise the mayonnaise might not emulsify.

Add all the rest of the ingredients to the jar, except the oil.

Place hand blender in jar and spin 10 seconds
- 4
While pulsing the hand blender, drizzle in the oil, slowly.

Keep on spinning the hand blendet, around 2 minutes, or until desired consistency
- 6
Tip: if still too liquid, you may add another egg and keep on spinning.
- 7
Keeps good in fridge for about 3 weeks.
