Pearl Millet (Bajra Roti)

Take bajra flour in a plate. Add salt and mix well. Add warm water knead to a soft dough. Keep kneading till the dough is smooth. The dough of bajra is now ready. Press it for 2-3 minutes. The dough should be soft. Cover the dough and leave it for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, let us prepare the roti of bajra. Take a portion of dough. Knead slightly, shape it into a ball. Take a rolling board and dust it with little flour and roll it gently. Thin as possible. Heat a tawa. Put roti on the heated tawa.

Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Turn the side of roti. Heat the roti by turning it from the both sides till brown patches on it.

Now roti is ready put on a plate and spread ghee on it. Now Bajra Roti is ready to eat. Serve hot with gud, chutney, dal and pickle as you wish......🥰🥰
