Steps

Take a big bowl ;add everything in it & mix well see in pic

Make soft dough with water ; cover & keep aside for 10 minutes. Apply little oil on your palm ✋ & make small / medium size dhokla ; make hole with finger in middle (you can see in pic)

Now heat steamer / idli stand with water, grease the idli plate & put dhokla in it for 17-18 minutes to steam

Remove in a plate & pour generous amount of ghee on top.

Serve with ghee + boora sugar + green chutney. Enjoy in your breakfast
